• Enhanced Linkage Maps section is uptated. New map files are available for download.
• Interpolated positions for the Affymetrix and Illumina GWA SNP panels are available for download.
• New version of the web site is currently being tested. Please email us about any discovered issues.
• Revised versions of the maps of chromosomes 1, 2, and 3 were uploaded to this site on 9/18/2007. We identified a bug in our program that affected the previous versions of B36 in a minor way.
