Estimates Map Distances and FLIPS

Required Input: Chromosome number, ordered list of marker names, whether to assume sex-equal or to allow sex-specific recombination rates, and whether to use the Haldane or Kosambi map function.

Description: Given an ordered map of markers, FIXED estimates the inter-marker recombination fractions and map distances. In addition, a FLIPS 2 analysis is applied.
