Helpful Hints and Bugs

• Include a few extra flanking markers
  Estimates of map distance and support for order tend to be weaker near the ends of a map. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend that for any map you wish to evaluate, you include 3-4 additional markers on both ends of the map, wherever possible.

  We have tried to ensure that MAP-O-MAT appears the same on all platforms. Please notify us if you notice any problems.
