The Rutgers Combined Linkage-Physical Map of The Human Genome

ORIGINAL PUBLISHED VERSION: Build 34 (online in November, 2004)

- You can download the maps in a .ZIP file or a .TGZ   file.

- This file shows the comparison of map lengths using only genotype data from only CEPH pedigrees versus only deCODE pedigrees.

- In below are lists of duplicated marker sets, including:

-- 61 sets identified by alias sharing, initially assigned to more than one chromosome,

-- 66 sets identified by alias sharing, initially assigned to same chromosomes

-- 30 sets identified through matching primers or physical positions,

-- 251 sets identified as redundant by Marshfield and confirmed in this work.

- In below are lists of markers not being mapped, including:

      -- 166 unlinked markers,

-- 676 inconsistent or poorly linked markers.

- Download marker information file (# of alleles, # of meioses, heterozygosity ...).
