Welcome to the MultiMap Home Page
This is the MultiMap home page at the Department of
Genetics at Rutgers University.
MultiMap is a joint
collaboration between Tara Cox Matise at Rutgers University and
Aravinda
Chakravarti at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
MultiMap is a computer program used for automated construction of
genetic maps.
It has been developed primarily for large-scale linkage
mapping
of markers genotyped in the CEPH reference pedigrees.
It has
been adapted for automated construction of radiation hybrid maps.
Consider using the MAPOMAT mapping server!
