I am using multimap for linkage mapping in pigs. The mapping pedigrees
include the PiGMaP reference mapping pedigrees (Archibald et al., 1995,
Mammalian Genome 6, 157-175). There are about 800 conventional markers
(RFLPs, SSCPs, VNTRs and microsatellites) in the current dataset. I am also
using Multimap to build AFLP maps of the pig genome with >2,000 AFLP
markers.
