MultiMap/RADMAP Home Page

MultiMap/RADMAP is an automated system for the construction of radiation hybrid genetic maps. It will be mostly useful for projects involving the construction of RH maps with many markers (> 20 perhaps), or for the construction of many smaller maps. It may not be worth installing and learning MultiMap for smaller-scale projects.

We are in the process of completing these programs. MultiMap 2.0 for radiation hybrid mapping is now available as a beta version. The main remaining hurdle to full release is writing complete documentation. I do have some documentation available, and for an experienced MultiMap user or an experienced radiation hybrid mapper this is sufficient to get you started.
